CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) for VIC
The CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualification is for senior property professionals and those wishing to move into senior positions and for existing Agents Representatives (holding a CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate practice) to apply for their estate agents licence with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
The Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualification contains twelve (12) Units of Competency. If you have been working in the property industry, you will already have the knowledge and skills that are covered in this training program. The purpose of this higher level qualification is to provide you with advanced skills relating to the management and operation of a property business, not simply the functions of selling or managing properties.
The minimum entry requirements for the Diploma course are that you hold the qualification CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
