Successful completion of our Real Estate training will allow you to apply to

NSW Fair Training to become a Class 2 Real Estate Agent.

As a certificate holder you are required to complete at least three units each CPD year from the Certificate IV qualification.

The Agent’s Representative Course is the minimal educational requirement you need to work in the real estate industry as a real estate sales person or property manager in Victoria. This qualification enables you to work at an agency under the supervision of a licensed agent / principal. You must work as an Agents Representative Agent in Victoria for at least 12 consecutive months before you upgrade to your Certificate IV / Full Licence.
